Planning & Preparation

  • Unlimited communication starting 3 mo. prior to wedding date via email, calls & text
  • 2 zoom meetings; 1 onboarding call & 1 final detail meeting
  • Access to preferred vendor list

  • Review any requested vendor proposals + contracts providing insight and recommendations as needed
  • Attend final venue walkthrough & details meeting
  • Reach out to all vendors at-least 1 month prior to wedding date with final details (floor-plan, parking, insurance requests, and day of timeline)
  • Assistance with development of seating chart with access to my seating chart builder
  • Review BEO / venue proposal and finalize menu & beverage selections
  • Create a custom day of timeline
  • Direct and lead ceremony rehearsal
  • A comprehensive wedding day questionnaire and day of checklist
  • Review all vendor / rental orders to ensure quantities match final head count
  • Review and confirm all details pertaining to each specific vendor
  • Help source decor and stationery such as menus, bar menus, seating chart, table numbers etc
  • Access to my decor inventory which includes items such as frames, card box, table numbers etc

Event Execution & Coordination

  • Up to 10 hours of day-of coordination with myself as the lead coordination and up to 2 assistants
  • Oversee all vendor arrivals, set up, and strike
  • Ensure all vendor set ups are correct and timely
  • Point of contact for the day with venue on site manager and all hired vendors
  • Ensure all personal florals are in bridal suite / grooms suite upon arrival
  • Provide access to day-of bridal emergency kit
  • Set up all personal decor items from my decor checklist including but not limited to guestbook,
  • welcome signs, seating charts, menus, table numbers, etc.
  • Access to my decor inventory (card box, table numbers, misc. signage etc)
  •  “At your service” attention for you, your family and wedding party
  • Direct ceremony (i.e., ushering guests, cueing DJ / Band)
  • Gather and line up all family members and wedding party for ceremony
  • Prompt you and carry your train for your special walk down the aisle
  • Repurpose any decor items from ceremony to cocktail hour / reception
  • Ensure guests are promptly routed to the cocktail hour and reception and staff is ready with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails
  • Facilitate and oversee all formalities (e.g., grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, toasts, cake cutting)
  • Assistance bustling your dress
  • Assistance with lighting candles for reception, and relighting when necessary
  • Inventory and pack all personal decor items to agreed upon designated location upon the event concluding
  • Final venue walkthrough post event with venue manager to sign off for your deposit
