Planning & Preparation

  • Unlimited communication via email, phone and text
  • Venue recommendations
  • Up to two venue tours, with support in securing your venue and a detailed contract review
  • Up to 4 Zoom meetings including onboarding call, vendor proposal review, design focused and final details/ timeline
  • Manage communications with venue
  • Vendor selection + management - provide extensive vendor referral list and handle all vendor inquiries. Serve as the liaison between vendors and clients
  • Review vendor contracts
  • Schedule + attend necessary vendor meetings (e.g., tastings, mock ups, detail meetings)
  • Budget management
  • Monthly to do lists
  • Assist with development of floor plan / seating chart
  • Assist with menu development of food and beverage
  • Attend final venue walkthrough and detail meeting
  • Reach out to all vendors at least 1 month prior to wedding date with venue specifications such as parking, layout and timeline information
  • Collect all vendor insurances
  • Organize all guests entree selections and dietary restrictions
  • Review BEO and finalize menu and beverage selections for approval from venue
  • Assist finalizing guest table assignments
  • Create a custom day of timeline
  • Create weekend itinerary for wedding party and family
  • Direct and lead ceremony rehearsal
  • Wedding day questionnaire and day of checklist
  • Review all vendor / rental orders to ensure quantities match final head count
  • Guidance with marriage license attainment and information
  • Review and confirm all details pertaining to each specific vendor

Design & Styling

  • Assist with the development of event design concept, and creating a custom and cohesive wedding design based off desired inspiration.
  • Create a visual design deck that encompasses your vibe and desired look and style
  • Guidance with selection of floral designer
  • Assistance with floral concept of ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, bouquets and misc florals
  • Attend floral mock
  • Assistance selecting linens, stationery, signage, furniture, lighting to create cohesive wedding aesthetic
  • Selection of table scape (e.g., stemware, chargers, napkin folds, cutlery)
  • Assist in designing table settings including menus, name cards, table numbers
  • Schedule and attend any showroom meetings ie; rental show rooms, table mock ups
  • Save-the-Dates, invitation and all stationery selection guidance (i.e., design, wording, etiquette)
  • Custom curated decor checklist
  • Assist sourcing any specialty items or rentals such as draping, dance floor, installations, lounge etc
  • Assist with sourcing of any desired items to be purchased by the couple to complete the aesthetic for the wedding ie; candles, decor, menus, table numbers, favors, welcome bags
  • Referral and guidance with your dress shopping, bridesmaid dresses, and grooms tux/suit

Event Execution & Coordination

  • 12 hours of day-of coordination with myself as the lead coordination and up to 2 assistants
  • Oversee all vendor arrivals, set up, and strike
  • Ensure all vendor set ups are correct and timely
  • Point of contact for the day with venue on site manager and all hired vendors Ensure all personal florals are in bridal suite / grooms suite upon arrival
  • Provide access to last minute necessities from day-of emergency kit
  • Set up all personal decor items from my decor checklist including but not limited to guestbook, welcome signs, seating charts, menus, table numbers, etc.
  • “At your service” attention for you, your family and wedding party
  • Coordinate day of transportation timeline + point of contact for drivers
  • Direct ceremony (i.e., ushering guests, cueing DJ / Band)
  • Gather and line up all family members and wedding party for ceremony
  • Prompt you and carry your train for your special walk down the aisle
  • Repurpose any decor items from ceremony to cocktail hour / reception
  • Ensure guests are promptly routed to the cocktail hour and reception and staff is ready with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails
  • Facilitate and oversee all formalities (e.g., grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, toasts, cake cutting)
  • Assistance bustling your dress
  • Assistance with lighting candles for reception, and relighting when necessary
  • Pack all personal decor items to agreed upon designated location upon event conclusion
