Hi! I'm Stephy, a Canadian girl who calls Southern California home. After studying graphic design in college and feeling unfulfilled behind a desk, I knew I wanted to use my creativity and artistic talents but I wanted to see my designs and ideas in real life! Combining my unmatched organizational skills I decided to pursue an event planning internship. After the first wedding I got to plan (+ planning my own!), I knew nothing brought me as much joy as being an integral part of such a special day. Bringing people together to celebrate love and creating lasting memories while creating something original and beautiful - I knew I had found my calling! I started Stephy’s Bride Guide (this started off as a blog during my internship blogging all my wedding planning advice and tips) and eventually into my own business. The rest is history!
When I’m not planning weddings you can find me spending time with my husband, enjoying the outdoors preferably at the beach, gardening or starting some diy home project.
